02/25I'm watching CM right now. It's huge and sparkly. I held up a sign that said I HEART BIKES in my window, but I don't know if anyone could see it.
How far do folks ride? I bike the 5 miles to work (Sunset to Church&Market) pretty damn slowly, but I'm hoping by the time it's light out at 6, I'll be able to ride a little further a little faster.
If... er, when! I make it I'll be on an Electra Townie 3 speed. Coaster breaks. Blue tireflies on my valves and spokes. Baskets. Computer. Lights. I like shiny things. -

02/25I stayed with the ride through the Stockton Tunnel portion, then went on home -- I broke a cable and couldn't ride any more.
Riding up Grant Avenue was great -- loved that.

02/26dude! We totally rode back down to the wharf and then up the hills near the marina. It was awesome I thought my legs were going to explode riding my fixed gear for the first time on climbs like that, but everbody just kept pushing through. Totally Awesome I can't wait till next month. -

02/26A friend of mine who runs a retail store on the Wharf said there were about 50 bikes riding through last night. I thought it was one of the Mass splinter groups, but it sounds like the tail end of the ride. Wish my cable hadn't broken. That sounds like fun.
