Roar mean cops in Sac! There were 13 Patrol cars, 2 Highway Patrol, 2 Detectives, 1 Undercover, 7-10 Bicycle patrols harassing us at our last critical mass, after Eric Riggs was hit by a police vehicle and arrested immediately thereafter.
