This Friday marks the 13th Anniversary of the San Franscisco Ride!
If you've never been to a Mass, this is a great time to participate! CM is one of the few times you can safely bicycle down big streets.
Day: Last Friday of Every Month
Time: Meet at 5:30, and we take off around, oh... 6:00ish.
Where: Justin (Pee-Wee) Herman Plaza-- Between the Embarcadero BART Station and the Ferry Building

I'm so excited about CM this month! Not just the anniversary, but also my new bike has 8! stunning gears, instead of 3. And I've convinced some friends to ride too. And I've made No on H squares for anyone who wants some.
It's going to be an awesome night. -

09/30That would be totally sweet. =) And it's only a misdemeanor.
I'm not sure I told y'all - but I went on a ride along last week with the SFPD and we caught a bike thief! He stole a bike outside City Aikido on Mission and the aikido guys ran after him and threatened to kick his ass! So I guess those guys really caught him, but we arrested him. He had a backpack full of thieving tools. Might get him on a felony count because he has priors. -

09/30ridealongs! wow, I thought cops only pulled those on juvies. y'know, scared straight (hah!) and whatnot.
I'll keep an eye out for you at tonight's ride. I'll be riding a thrashed green mtn bike, and wearing my nerdy white bicycle helmet.
